San Marin in Laguna Niguel, California is a community known for its Cape Cod style homes and beautiful views.

San Marin is located on Niguel Road at the end of Dana Point. During the 1990s this development was built by Standard Pacific and contains 136 homes. There are several floor plans and the largest; Del Mar has 3,346 square feet of living space. There are four to five bedrooms in these homes as well as three to four bathrooms, and three-car garages. Streets that run through this community include East Shore, Paradise Cove, Blue Horizon, White Sail, and Tidemark.

Residents enjoy being close to beaches, parks, shops, and restaurants. As well as being near the world famous St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton resorts. There are three main shopping centers: The Center at Rancho Niguel, Moulton Niguel Plaza, and Laguna Niguel Town Center. They feature over 100 merchants like Starbucks, TGI Friday’s, Jamba Juice, Unique Accents, Nordstrom Rack, Luna B. and Ethan Allen.

Parents have the option of choosing private schools in such as Grace Classical Academy, Beacon Hill KinderCare, Laguna Niguel Montessori Center, and Ocean View School. The public school system, operated by the Capistrano Unified School District, also has highly ranked facilities like John Malcom Elementary, Niguel Hills Middle School, and Dana Hills High School. And there are several higher education facilities such as Saddleback College, Soka University of America, and California State University, Fullerton.

The City of Laguna Niguel began building homes in the late 1960s and is known for its upscale residential subdivisions. There is also a low crime rate in this area as well as clean air.

There are many things to do in this area and points of interest including the Laguna Niguel Skate Park, the Badlands Park, Aliso and Wood Community Park, and the Laguna Niguel Regional Park.
